Simply Architecture provides both Architectural and Interior Design solutions and specializes in full-service residential design and tenant and commercial renovations. We will work with you to understand your vision and bring it to life through our Design Services. Each project is unique, and the selection of our Design Services can vary and range from conceptual design to construction documents and construction administration. Signed and sealed documents will be provided by a Registered Architect for projects located in Texas and Florida. 

Our Design Services include meetings that help us understand your project goals, the overall design for your building or space, material and finish selections such as paint, wall coverings, flooring/ceiling finishes and the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment design (FF&E). Simply Architecture also manages the complex process of coordinating the engineering and specialty consultant services needed as well as the Construction Administration for your project.

We strive to implement sustainable design in all of our projects, and this option will be presented to you as our client. Sustainable design reduces a building's negative impact on the environment and aids in providing a healthy and comfortable environment for building occupants. Sustainability aims to reduce the use of non-renewable resources, use environmentally friendly products, conserve water, enhance indoor environmental quality and improve building performance. This approach impacts the phases of a building's life-cycle including design, construction and operation, and works best if it is implemented from the beginning of the project and throughout each phase of the design process.

 

If you wish, Simply Architecture can aide in attaining LEED certification for your project. LEED is a green building assessment and certification program that takes a performance-based look at design and focuses on the use of materials and resources.
