Renovation of an existing Art Deco building into luxury Boutique apartments in the heart of Miami Beach with high-end finishes and fixtures throughout.

Role: Worked with the consultants and the General Contractor to coordinate the Construction Documents and Specifications. Coordinated the proper locations of finishes and fixtures for the final product.
